The Lot – Lot 117, Shuswap Lake RV Resort

Lot 117 is a privately owned site inside Shuswap Lake RV Resort, a gated 29-acre property built in among towering trees. Bring your own trailer, motorhome or fifth wheel and hook straight up — water, sewer and 50 amp power are at the site, and the pad is level gravel with room for a unit up to 40 feet plus a tow vehicle.

The bunkhouse on the lot sleeps four and can be added to your stay, which makes the site comfortable for two families or a group of friends travelling together. Total occupancy is capped at eight guests.

The Resort

Shuswap Lake RV Resort is a four-season resort of 138 private lots in a park-like setting on the sunny north shore of the Shuswap Arm, with 300 feet of pebble beach for owners, renters and guests. A full-time resident manager and maintenance staff look after the place.
